Pull Up

The pull-up is a classic exercise that will target the upper and middle portion of the back musculature. Secondarily, the biceps and forearms will also come into play, along with the shoulders.

    Hang on a pull-up bar with a grip wider than shoulder-width

    Look up and keep your feet together
  3. 3
    Pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar
  4. 4
    Flex the back at the top and go back down slowly
