This next exercise is a perfect pick if the task at hand is targeting the triceps. Though the couch dip primarily targets the triceps, the chest and shoulders also come into play

    Sit on the side of a couch/bench and place your hands by your sides

    Let your feet go forward and support the torso on your arms only
  3. 3
    Look up and dip down
  4. 4
    Push yourself back up with your arms, contracting the triceps with a careful elbow lockout up top
