Deficit Pushups

Ever felt like the push-up isn’t enough and you need to go deeper? This is your solution! The deficit push-up will give you a bigger range of motion to help you demolish the middle and lower chest. Additionally, the triceps and shoulders will get a good deal of work as well.

    Place two blocks on the ground, at shoulder width

    Put your hands on the blocks and get into a push-up position where the torso is straight
  3. 3
    Go down slowly, until your chest is an inch off the ground
  4. 4
    Push up explosively, contracting the chest and avoiding elbow lockout
