EZ Bar Overhead Triceps

The EZ Bar overhead triceps exercise is a great mass builder of the long head of the triceps. You will need an ez bar and a 90 degree bench to properly execute this exercise.

    Sit on a 90 degree bench and grab an EZ Bar
  2. 2
    Grab the bar and extend overhead, angled back slightly
  3. 3
    Go down slow and controlled with elbows flaring out slightly
  4. 4
    Keep a just inside shoulder width apart grip on the bar
  5. 5
    Perform 8-12 total reps per set and do 5 sets per tricep workout for best results.
