The EZ Bar overhead triceps exercise is a great mass builder of the long head of the triceps. You will need an ez bar and a 90 degree bench to properly execute this exercise.
- 1Sit on a 90 degree bench and grab an EZ Bar
- 2Grab the bar and extend overhead, angled back slightly
- 3Go down slow and controlled with elbows flaring out slightly
- 4Keep a just inside shoulder width apart grip on the bar
- 5Perform 8-12 total reps per set and do 5 sets per tricep workout for best results.
