- 1Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit down on the front part of a bench
- 2Keep your feet close
- 3Bend over substantially and keep the dumbbells under your legs
- 4Keep elbows slightly bent, out of lockout
- 5Maintaining that static position of the elbows, lift the dumbbells up laterally, pronating your wrist (Rotating it counter clockwise)
- 6Squeeze the rear delts up top and hold the flexion briefly
- 7Let the dumbbells go back down to the initial position, slowly
