- 1Take a pair of dumbbells and stand up straight
- 2Keep the dumbbells by your sides with palms facing the torso and elbows slightly bent
- 3Shrug the dumbbells up and contract the traps
- 4Go back down slowly
- 5After having completed the entire set, reduce the weight 30% and do another set with no rest
