This next exercise will primarily target the upper portion of the pectoral muscles and secondarily, the front deltoids.
- 1Grab a pair of dumbbells and keep them by your side with palms facing forward
- 2Keep your torso straight and look forward
- 3Bend your elbows slightly and keep them in that position throughout the entire motion
- 4Raise the dumbbells up, contracting the chest up top
- 5Go back down slowly
- 6Repeat the movement pattern
