Tricep Push Up

The tricep push up is an advanced push up variation that I learned under the legendary trainer Charles Glass. This is one of the hardest bodyweight tricep exercises that you can do, and it has a very unique starting position so make sure to watch the video above carefully!

I recommend that you perform as many reps as you can on this exercise. Rest no more than 60 seconds between  sets for the best tricep pump possible!
