Wall Sits

This leg exercise is a great move for using whenever you aren’t at the gym or simply want something that doesn’t incorporate equipment into the mix.

While you can do it holding a dumbbell, doing it with just your bodyweight is fine too.

execution

    Stand with your back against a wall
  2. 2
    Place feet about a foot away from the wall, at shoulder width
  3. 3
    Slide down the wall until your legs are parallel to the ground
  4. 4
    Keep torso straight and maintain that position for 30-45 seconds or until failure
