This leg exercise is a great move for using whenever you aren’t at the gym or simply want something that doesn’t incorporate equipment into the mix.
While you can do it holding a dumbbell, doing it with just your bodyweight is fine too.
- 1Stand with your back against a wall
- 2Place feet about a foot away from the wall, at shoulder width
- 3Slide down the wall until your legs are parallel to the ground
- 4Keep torso straight and maintain that position for 30-45 seconds or until failure
