    Take a pair of dumbbells and stand up straight, stably

    Keep the arms by your sides, opening them up so that your palms face up

    Curl the dumbbells up, supinating the wrist and contracting the biceps up top

    Go back down slowly, maintaining tension on the biceps
  5. 5
    Repeat the movement
