Ultimate Quad Workout Ft. The Godfather of Bodybuilding

Are you ready for the best quad workout for big legs? This is the ultimate quad workout for mass that I did under the guidance of Charles Glass who is considered the Godfather of Bodybuilding and has trained everyone from The Rock to several Mr. Olympia winners!

Anytime i train with Charles I learn inside tricks - and this quad workout was no different. The quads are such an important muscle group for aesthetics, and it's such a large muscle that there is the outer quad and inner quad.

This leg workout features a great combination of developing mass on your inner thighs and outer thighs, so pay close attention to the form breakdown in the videos below! 

Growing my legs has been a huge priority in my training the last year, and this is one of the best quad workout for getting thick tree trunk legs and increasing your squat strength.

The best quad workout is one that will overload the quads from a variety of angles and place a lot of volume on them.

Although this quad workout is fairly simple with 3 basic moves, I want you to put all of your focus into proper form and going nice and heavy on these lifts in the 8-10 rep range while increasing the weight each set.

If you want a nice combination of strength and hypertrophy - you can perform up to 2 sets with heavy weight in the 3-5 rep range as well. This gives you a nice mix of hypertrophy sets in the 8-10 rep range and strength sets in the 3-5 rep range. 

This is ideal if you are trying to increase your one rep max strength on the squat.
